Sunnyside has a deep commitment to sharing the values of community, civic responsibility, and justice within our curriculum.
Through service learning, students become aware of local and global issues and learn that their voices and ideas can make a difference as they develop leadership skills.
Service projects include pre- and post reflections that help students understand larger social and environmental issues.
