FAMILY RECIPES NEEDED
Hello! For our eighth grade project we have decided to collect yummy (preferably local and organic) family recipes and combine them into a cookbook that will be made available to the SES community. The money collected will be put towards lowering the cost for the eighth grade marine biology trip to the Catalina islands near the end of the '09-'10 school year.
Please include the title, ingredients, method/process, and any family story you'd like to share related to the recipe. If you have adapted the recipe from an existing cookbook, please include the original source. If you would like to include a picture of the completed dish, it would be well appreciated.
The deadline for sending in your family recipes is September 20, 2009, but the sooner the better! You can email your recipes to:

Sunnyside book available
This beautiful coffee table book that was produced by the room 109 K class and sold at auction. A copy of the book is in the office and many people have asked if they could buy one. The books list for $54.95. Email jan@sonnenmair.com if you have questions.
