This year's experiment not to hold an auction worked well. Our school community is wonderful! You supported the Read-a-thon, the Run/Walk for SES the "Think Green Give Green" request, and lots of smaller PTSA fundraisers, as well as fundraisers sponsored by the school and by individual teachers. Rain or Shine, Friday, May 21st is the date for the annual Run & Walk for S.E.S. You can use our online payment form to collect your pledge payments.
If you have sponsored one (or more!) of our fantastic S.E.S. runners or walkers, you can click here to use our online pledge payment form to quickly and securely submit your donation--and thank you for supporting S.E.S.!
If you haven't experienced this Run & Walk before, you are in for a treat. Students, Staff, Family and Friends can participate in a 30 minute race around the school grounds while onlookers cheer them on - to raise funds for S.E.S. Arts and Educational Programs. In the past, the weather has been warm and racers have enjoyed the occasional splash of sprinklers and of corse the traditional popsicle at the end of the race! This event puts the "FUN" in "Fundraising"!
To participate, please begin by reading the Information and Rules page attached. Then start collecting pledges from people you know. Pledges can be a per lap or flat fee donation. Sponsors can pay with cash, check or online using PAYPAL (log onto the PTSA website and follow the instructions). Bring in your forms to your classroom on or before race day Friday, May 21. The Monday after the race you will receive your form back with your total amount of laps ran. You can then finish collecting pledges from your sponsors. All pledges must be received in the S.E.S. Office by Tuesday June 1 to be eligible for prizes.
